Thank you for an excellent article, Veronica!

I was unable to attend Mr. Yourofsky's presentation, however I have been aware of his work for some time and greatly respect and sdmire his passionate commitment to getting this message across to those who remain either in denial or unaware of the needless, wanton cruelty humans inflict upon animals on a daily basis.

For those who missed Mr. Yourofsky's presentation and would like more information, James Wildman, Humane Educator of the Animal Rights Foundation of Florida (ARFF), presents "Breaking the Food Matrix" the last Sunday of each month at 6:30pm at Sublime Restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. Wildman's presentation is compelling and informative.
